Note (optional)If you use Changewatching to keep track of a lot of different web pages, it might get difficult to remember which ones are which or why you set up the subscription - especially if the URL isn't very descriptive.
You can use the note field to help remind you. Whatever you type here will be included in any email about the URL it's attached to - for example, on change alerts.
You can type anything you like, but HTML won't work and some symbols may be removed.
