Check every...How often should Changewatching check your chosen website to see if anything has changed?
If the page changes often, then this setting is how often you would be alerted to those changes.
Example 1: You set Changewatching to check a page every 12hrs, and that page constantly changes, updating every 10 minutes. You will receive 2 alerts per day.
Example 2: You set Changewatching to check every 3 days, but the site only changes every fortnight. You will receive one update per fortnight.
